Protein Pancake
Ingredients:
Egg substitute (such as Egg Beaters)
or egg whites - 1/4 cup
Protein Powder (vanilla) - 1 scoop
Sweetener (Equal or Splenda) - 8 packets
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.

Maple Extract - 1/4 tsp.

Sugar-free Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup

lend all ingredients except for sugar-free syrup until smooth, batter-like consistency. Spray
Pam or similar cooking spray in a non-stick pan. Pour the batter into pan in 3 small circles
and cook the mixture under medium heat until light brown. Flip and cook until light brown.
Top with sugar-free syrup. Makes 3 pancakes or 1 serving.
