Hello,
My name is Ben Hartman, Nationally Certified Personal Trainer,
Champion Drug-Free Bodybuilder, Athlete, and Motivational
Success Coach.

About me as a trainer:
I have been a certified personal trainer for over three years.
In that time span, I have helped numerous and various types of
people successfully reach their fitness and health goals. I have
successfully coached people in the following areas:
·        Weight management
·        Muscle gain
·        Increase strength
·        Increase flexibility
·        Enhance athletic performance
·        Injury prevention
·        Disease control (Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis)

PASSION
- I LOVE what I do. My goal as a trainer is to help you succeed in whatever direction
you wish to head.

KNOWLEDGE – I have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science from Kent State
University with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. I have taught workshops on how to
become a personal trainer, written training booklets and articles, and have trained fitness staff
as a supervisor of Personal Training at KSU. I am never satisfied with my current knowledge of
all aspects of exercise and nutrition, and continually seek out new and improved methods of
achieving one’s desired level of fitness.

EXPERIENCE – As was mentioned above, I have several years of experience as a trainer,
training many types of people with varying goals and abilities.

ACCOUNTABILITY - I made my own physique transformation by winning the 2004 NPC Natural
Northern USA Junior Men’s Championships. I have been an athlete for the past 15 years and I
am a big believer in practicing what you preach. I will NEVER expect something out of a client
that I have not been through or am not willing to go through.
